Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the 'Report an Error' button next to your recent order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Hardware
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the exterior of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Diagnostic & Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device to confirm the issue, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
